CNS Course for Child Health Nursing
CNS in child health nursing is in high demand, as are the technical skills and knowledge needed to cope with the current situation in Japan. Children and families face an unprecedented host of challenges due to our plummeting birthrates. An increasing number of adults have had no experience interacting with small children. The lack of medical care for children is also a serious concern, along with smaller budgets for medical expenses and the government's slow response to our aging society, in conjunction with the rapid development of medical technology overall. This course focuses on caring for children and the family, related social systems, and policymaking.

CNS Course for Cancer Nursing
CNS in cancer nursing are expected to take an active role in the overall care of cancer patients and their families, as rapid progress in cancer treatments has made it possible to increase recovery and survival rates. Current social systems and policies related to cancer patients greatly emphasize nursing care at home, along with most patients' desire to remain as long as possible in familiar surroundings. Medical management and palliative care for patients are additional areas of focus.
